I’m Viktor Nazarenko, Salesforce Solutions Architect. I work with Salesforce since 2015. Grew up from Salesforce administrator to Head of Salesforce Department in one of the leading IT consulting companies in Russia.

Currently work as a Solutions Architect with multiple local Dutch and international brands such as Primera, Omoda, Rituals, Morgana, and others.

Have vast experience leading implementation projects for international companies: Abbott, Takeda, LG, RCI Banque and others with teams located in France, Poland, South Korea, Switzerland, the US, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines.

I enjoy building scalable processes and leading and coaching implementation teams.

Fun-facts:

• I have developed my own CRM system in 2011 based on MS Access while not even being aware of such a term: “CRM”
• I was the first certified Marketing Cloud Consultant in Russia with real implementation experience
• Whiteboarding addict evangelist
• I know a shoelaces knot that can save you dozens of hours on shoelaces in a couple of years
