Address validation was one of the most demanded features for the last who knows how many years. Finally, it’s there. This may drastically increase the data quality of your org. Thus, minimize a number of incidents related to wrong addresses, improve route planning and postal communication.
There is a problem though: It works only for Salesforce users. So no correction for external users’ input. Neither community sites nor Lightning out are supported. At least for now. But it’s definitely something very useful for any contact center coordinating on-site work or paper communication.
